Who me? Yes you! Couldn't be... Then who?!

Pshh!  Right... like I would really admit to taking cookies from that cookie jar.  You know what happens when I'm around baked goods... they disappear!  That also goes for yogurt, jello, sushi, grilled cheese sandwiches, home made chex mix, li hing dried fruit, mushrooms & olives on pizza, shrimp cocktail, tuna helper, etc.  But lucky for you, I'll ask first.
Yeah I'm not that rude... and while we're on the subject, neither am I arrogant... or antisocial... or competitive.  Sadly there are many who fall victim to that common misconception. Regardless, I'm just silly, humble old me!
The first born of 2 children, I grew up around music pretty much my whole life.  With my dad's band always rehearsing in the garage of our house which was formerly infested with instruments lying around everywhere.  All that combined with my mother singing and playing cassette tapes and vinyl records through the speakers of our family room, led me to appreciate music in all it's forms to this day,  Unfortunately, God has blessed me with a challenge called 'chronic laziness'.  So only until very recently, I have learned that music is the greatest creation ever made!  I regret not wanting to take guitar lessons or not paying attention during piano classes... nevertheless I am all in for singing, in fact i'm currently on the worship team at my church.  I'm hoping to start a band before the end of the year and maybe book some gigs or record a demo.
In the mean time I'm fully committed to finally finishing school by Fall 2009 so I can get into the film/television business.  My dream is to move to either Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, or Portland and work my way up to becoming a writer/director for sci-fi & dramedy TV shows in Los Angeles or New York.  I'm inspired by J.J. Abrams, executive producer for Lost (on ABC).   Although he's new, I know he's changing the extensive artistry of television shows and movies and taking it to higher levels.  I want to be just like him... or something like him... and am willing to learn whatever it takes to get to even meet him.
Although I'm conflicted as a broke college student, I still pay the bills.  I currently work part time as a merchandiser for a Japanese product company where we import snacks, candies, and (yes, you guessed it) condoms!  And I don't mean to brag but i recently got a $1.50 raise! Wooo!  It doesn't even matter that I still don't make enough, but i make a buck and a half more (in yo face!).  In fact, I am now accepting donations for a MacBookPro, a new iPod, and a new HD Video camera.
Currently, I'm into indie films, dance stuff (hip hop & emo lyrical), acting for the camera and stage, going to underground art shows, trying out new food, hiking, the beach at nite, church, and living for God.
So yeah, I probably wont be using this blog site for anonymous smack-talking, suggestive lash out attacks, or unnecessarily extreme vents/rants.  Moreso for random thoughts, updates, devotions, features, and reviews!  Thanks for reading!
